Replacement Eligibility (Within 24 Hours)

A product replacement is available within 24 hours of delivery only if:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

  • The item delivered does not match your order.

To qualify for a replacement, the customer must provide:

  1. A photo or video showing the defect or damage.

  2. Proof of purchase/order number.

  3. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once the evidence is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged promptly.

Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note the following:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging are not eligible for exchange.

  • For exchanges unrelated to defects (such as size or model changes), the customer may be responsible for delivery/shipping fees.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, certain product categories may not be eligible for exchange. Items that fall under personal use, consumables, intimate products, or discounted sale items may be excluded.

  • If a replacement is approved, we will coordinate the pickup and re-delivery according to availability.
