في AROSCENT، نلتزم بضمان رضاكم التام عن منتجاتنا وخدماتنا. نحن نحرص على تقديم منتجات ذات جودة عالية وأصالة فائقة، ونسعى دائمًا لتجاوز توقعاتكم. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك لأي سبب، فإننا نوفر سياسة واضحة للإرجاع والاستبدال، تتماشى مع قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.
أولًا: معاينة المنتجات
يتم تجهيز وتغليف كل طلب بعناية على مراحل متعددة لضمان تجربة فاخرة ومميزة وآمنة ♥️

لذلك لا يمكن المعاينة، ولكن يُقبل الاستبدال في حالة الكسر أو الخطأ في الطلب — لا قدّر الله ♥️
ثانيًا: شروط الإرجاع
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مفتوحة، وبكامل تغليفها وملحقاتها.
- لا يتم قبول المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
- المنتجات الأصلية غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان بها تلف ظاهر، ويتم إثبات ذلك خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
في حال وجود عيب صناعي أو تلف ظاهر: نتحمّل في AROSCENT كامل تكاليف الشحن ونوفر استبدالًا مجانيًا.
ملاحظة هامة: لا يمكننا قبول استرجاع المنتجات بعد فتح العلبة أو فتح السيل "Seal" "الغطاء السلوفان"، حيث لا يمكن إعادة بيع المنتجات المفتوحة.
ثالثًا: سياسة استرداد الأموال
- يمكن طلب الاسترداد خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الدفع.
- يتم رد الأموال إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية فقط.
- لا يُسمح بتحويل المبلغ إلى شخص أو حساب آخر.
- يتم الرد خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة على الطلب.
- يُخصم من المبلغ المسترد مصاريف الاسترداد والتغليف.
- لا يمكن استرداد الأموال نقدًا عند الدفع عند الاستلام (COD).
رابعًا: إجراءات الموافقة
- يتم فحص المنتج المُعاد من قبل قسم الجودة.
- يتم إخطار العميل خلال 48 ساعة من استلام المنتج في المخزن بالقبول أو الرفض.
- في حال الموافقة، يتم تنفيذ إجراءات الاسترداد حسب السياسة.
خامسًا: الاستبدال
- يسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حالة وجود تلف ظاهر أو عيب صناعي.
- يجب إرسال صورة توضح العيب.
- يتم الاستبدال بمنتج بنفس القيمة.
ملاحظات إضافية:
- رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية على عمليات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
سادسًا: سياسة المنتجات ضمن العروض
- المنتجات المباعة ضمن العروض أو الخصومات الخاصة غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
- عند شراء منتج ضمن عرض على سبيل المثال و ليس الحصر (اشتري واحدة واحصل على الثانية مجانًا) أو (خصم بنسبة 50% أو أكثر)، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال أي من هذه المنتجات، إلا في حالة وجود تلف ظاهر أو عيب صناعي مثبت خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
توضيح قانوني – قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018: ينص القانون في المادة 17 على حق المستهلك في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ما لم تكن السلعة مصنفة ضمن "عروض خاصة بشرط واضح". وإذا تم التنويه بوضوح أن المنتج لا يُستبدل ولا يُسترجع في حالة العروض، يكون هذا استثناءً مقبولًا قانونًا، بشرط أن يكون المنتج سليم وخالٍ من العيوب.

Return & Exchange Policy
At AROSCENT, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We take pride in offering high-quality, authentic products and strive to exceed your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a clear return and exchange policy that complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
1. Product Inspection
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged in multiple stages to ensure a luxurious, special, and safe experience ♥️
All our perfumes come in their original master box, sealed in cellophane ✅
For this reason, inspection upon delivery is not possible. However, exchanges are accepted in case of breakage or an error in your order — God forbid ♥️
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition, unopened, sealed, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Opened or used items will not be accepted.
- Original products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless a visible defect or damage is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
In case of a manufacturing defect or visible damage: AROSCENT will cover all return and shipping costs and offer a free replacement.
Important Note: We cannot accept returns for perfumes once the seal is broken, as opened products cannot be resold.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of payment.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method or linked bank account.
- Refunds cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Processing time: 7 business days from approval.
- Refunds are made within 48 hours of receiving the item, after deducting applicable return & packaging fees.
- Cash refunds for COD orders are not available.
4. Approval Process
- Returned items are inspected by the Quality Team.
- Customers are notified within 48 hours of item arrival to our warehouse whether the return is accepted or rejected.
- Once approved, the refund or replacement process begins.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted in case of visible damage or a manufacturing defect.
- A photo of the defect must be sent within 24 hours of receipt.
- Items can be replaced with another of the same value, or a full refund can be issued.
Additional Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Extra charges may apply for returns or exchanges not related to defects.
6. Products Sold in Promotions
- Items sold as part of special offers, for example but not limited to discounts, or bundle deals are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- If you purchase a product under a promotion like "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" or "50% Off", these items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or damage reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Legal Note – Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018: Article 17 guarantees the consumer's right to return or exchange goods unless the product was sold under a clearly stated promotional condition. If it is explicitly mentioned that items in promotions are non-returnable, this is legally acceptable, as long as the item is intact and defect-free.
